Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Indonesia and international holidays that may affect courier services. All shipments are handled through DHL, our trusted international shipping partner.

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces require a longer production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the consultation and may take up to 3 weeks before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (via DHL)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local regulations.
  • DHL Express
    Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • DHL International Priority
    Faster delivery service, typically 2–5 business days after dispatch in most regions.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delivery Restrictions
  • Delivery to certain remote areas may require additional transit time.
  • DHL delivery timelines may vary by country and region.
  • Signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
Tracking & Responsibility
Once the package has been handed over to DHL, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier operations, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
